Hey,
I'm Michael.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, I developed a liking to video editing in high school where I would make football highlight reels. My little hobby led to creating travel videos with friends and eventually my highlight reel sold the Robert Morris football staff to award me a scholarship to play and study Video Production.
Post graduation I was not playing football nor working in a field remotely close to my degree. After some work/life experience, I really hit my stride with the craft in 2016 by happen chance. I was working for a few start-ups as an operations manager and there was a need for marketing content for each business so I dusted off Final Cut and bought a camera and started to create again.
From there, I knew I could make a living creating and not working in corporate america. This allowed me to really dive into my creative side. I opened myself up to shooting everything that came my way to see what I was naturally good at vs needed more work.
Overall, I have really enjoyed working on music videos, capturing live events, creating wedding videos, capturing the beauty of action sports, and I usually bring gear on trips for leisure travel videos.
My goal is to provide my clients the ability to bring their vision to reality through my lens.
Creating powerful imagery.
Motion and still imagery has the power to move us in unexpected ways. It can bring on strong emotions, make us laugh or even cry. Powerful imagery can provoke someone to action whether its purchasing a product or going out and supporting a community.
I strive to work with clients on projects that help them get to where they are going. It could be a personal portrait session that you are working on your comfortability in front of the camera or creative marketing content that bolsters your brand.
Let's chat about your project and see if we are a good fit to co-create!
The Process

01. Connect
Story is what makes a compelling piece of work and without that narrative, we miss the essence of what we are creating.
Share your story

02. Conceptualize
Interpreting your story into still imagery or video to best get across the message, look, or vibe you want to convey.
Develop Your Vision

03. Create
After a concrete plan and timeline is in place, its time for action. We can enjoy the creative process once all of the hard work is out of the way.
